智能短道速通门产品（精伦电子股份有限公司所有，以下简称"我们"，开发者：精伦电子股份有限公司）,我们尊重并保护所有用户的个人隐私权。为了给您提供更准确、更优质的服务，本应用会按照本隐私协议的规定使用和披露您的个人信息。同时，本应用将以高度审慎的态度对待这些信息。除本隐私权政策另有规定外，在未征得您事先许可的情况下，本应用不会将这些信息对外披露或向第三方提供。

本应用会根据需要更新本隐私权协议。您在同意本应用服务使用协议之时，即视为您已经同意本隐私权政策全部内容。

1. 适用范围

• 该软件仅供企业授权的人员使用。
• 在您使用本应用网络服务时，本应用自动接收并记录的您的访问时间、软硬件特征信息等数据。
• 本应用通过合法途径从商业伙伴处取得的用户个人数据。

2. 不适用范围

• 您在使用本应用平台提供的搜索服务时输入的关键字信息，不适用本隐私权政策。
• 本应用收集到的您在本应用发布的有关信息数据，包括但不限于参与活动、成交信息及评价详情，不适用本隐私权政策。
• 违反法律规定或违反本应用规则行为及本应用已对您采取的措施，不适用本隐私权政策。

3. 信息使用

• 本应用不会向任何无关第三方提供、出售、出租、分享或交易您的个人信息，除非事先得到您的许可，或该第三方和本应用（含本应用关联公司）单独或共同为您提供服务，且在该服务结束后，其将被禁止访问包括其以前能够访问的所有这些资料。
• 本应用亦不允许任何第三方以任何手段收集、编辑、出售或者无偿传播您的个人信息。任何本应用平台用户如从事上述活动，一经发现，本应用有权立即终止与该用户的服务协议。
• 管理员账户信息：姓名、邮箱、手机号（用于身份验证和权限管理)以及管理员操作日志：登录IP地址、操作时间、执行指令（用于安全审计）。
• 人员通行数据基本信息：工号、姓名、部门（用于权限配置以及人员通行记录：通行时间、设备编号、通行状态（用于安全管理）。
• 设备设备信息：通道门编号、固件版本、网络状态（用于运维管理）和设备故障日志：异常事件记录、维护历史（用于故障排查）。

4. 信息披露

在如下情况下，本应用将依据您的个人意愿或法律的规定全部或部分的披露您的个人信息。

• 经您事先同意，向第三方披露。
• 为提供您所要求的产品和服务，而必须和第三方分享您的个人信息。
• 根据法律的有关规定，以及行政、司法或监管机构的要求，向第三方或者行政、司法和监管机构披露。
• 如您出现违反中国有关法律、法规或者本应用服务协议或相关规则的情况，需要向第三方披露。
• 如您是适格的知识产权投诉人并已提起投诉，应被投诉人要求，向被投诉人披露，以便双方处理可能的权利纠纷。
• 在本应用平台上创建的某一交易中，如交易任何一方履行或部分履行了交易义务并提出信息披露请求的，本应用有权决定向该用户提供其交易对方的联络方式等必要信息，以促成交易的完成或纠纷的解决。
• 其它本应用根据法律、法规或者网站政策认为合适的披露。

5. 应用权限说明

应用根据需要，可能会要求用户授权使用以下权限：

• 蓝牙：本应用需要您允许开启蓝牙，用户可以通过低功耗蓝牙（BLE）进行数据传输或设备控制。
• 拍摄照片：本应用需要您允许拍摄照片，用户可以将拍摄的照片上传到云端。
• 获取设备位置信息：本应用获取定位信息，快速设置通道门的位置信息。
• 访问文件：本应用需要下载和存储文件，需要用户允许访问文件功能。

本协议未尽说明的应用权限，请用户允许，以保证正常服务。

6. 信息存储和交换

本应用收集的有关您的信息和资料将保存在本应用及（或）其关联公司的服务器上，这些信息和资料可能传送至您所在国家、地区或本应用收集信息和资料所在地的境外并在境外被访问、存储和展示。

7. 信息安全

• 本应用帐号均有安全保护功能，请妥善保管您的用户名及密码信息。本应用将通过对用户密码进行加密等安全措施确保您的信息不丢失，不被滥用和变造。尽管有前述安全措施，但同时也请您注意在信息网络上不存在"完善的安全措施"。
• 如果您遗失密码，您可通过在注册用户时使用的手机号找回密码，所以请妥善保管自己的手机。
• 我们如何储存您的信息，我们在中华人民共和国境内运营中收集和产生的个人信息，原则上存储在中国境内，并按照中国中华人民共和国法律法规、部门规章规定的存储期限存储您的个人信息。其中，通过人脸照片采集的数据，存储的时间长度为：用户与学校解除关系或离开学校为止。以这个时间长度进行存储是为了保证用户在学校期间能正常开展学校事务，保证用户信息的完整性。
• 访问控制实行分级权限管理。
• 数据共享与披露 ,仅限授权管理人员按需访问，所有操作留存审计日志。

8. 未成年人信息保护

• 我们重视未成年人的个人信息保护，如您为18周岁以下的未成年人，请在您的监护人指导下仔细阅读本隐私政策，并在征得您的监护人同意的前提下使用我们的服务及提交您的个人信息。如您的监护人不同意本隐私政策，您应立即停止使用APP的服务并拒绝提供个人信息。对于监护人同意而收集的未成人个人信息，我们仅会在法律法规允许、监护人明确同意或保护未成年人用户的范围内使用或披露该信息。对于未经监护人同意而未成年人用户提供的个人信息，在接到其监护人的通知后，我们会尽快删除相关信息。

9. 人脸信息采集

A. 收集与使用

• 通过合规设备采集，确保数据质量（如符合《GB/T 35678-2017》标准）。
• 仅用于闸机、门禁等通行身份核验，禁止用于行为分析等非授权用途。
• 采用"去标识化"存储（加密特征值）。

B. 存储与保护

• 存储位置：企业本地服务器或符合等保要求的云存储。

C. 数据传输安全

为保护您的个人信息安全，我们采用以下措施保障人脸识别数据传输安全：

• 加密传输: 使用加密协议传输所有人脸数据,人脸特征值经过加密处理。
• 传输数据: 我们承诺不会在非必要情况下传输原始人脸图像。

D. 员工权利

• 申诉渠道：通过本协议提供的联系方式申诉，我们将尽快处理。

10. 注销

• 在符合通安服务协议约定条件及国家相关法律法规规定的情况下，您可以通过本应用反馈渠道联系，向我们提出注销申请,也可在程序中'设置-删除用户账号'。在您的帐号注销之后，我们将停止为您提供全部或部分服务，并依据您的要求，删除您的个人信息或做匿名化处理，但法律法规另有规定的除外。

11. 本隐私政策的更改

• 如果决定更改隐私政策，我们会在本政策中、本司网站中以及我们认为适当的位置发布这些更改，以便您了解我们如何收集、使用您的个人信息，哪些人可以访问这些信息，以及在什么情况下我们会透露这些信息。
• 本司保留随时修改本政策的权利，因此请经常查看。如对本政策作出重大更改，本司会通过网站通知的形式告知。
• 请您妥善保护自己的个人信息，仅在必要的情形下向他人提供。如您发现自己的个人信息泄密，尤其是本应用用户名及密码发生泄露，请您立即联络本司，以便本应用采取相应措施。

12. 关于第三方SDK

我们使用了第三方（华为软件技术有限公司）华为推送 SDK，为您提供稳定、及时、高效的消息推送服务。为了顺利实现该功能，您需要授权华为推送提供对应的服务;在您授权后，华为推送将收集您设备的'软件安装列表'等相关信息。关于华为推送所收集的信息种类、用途、个人信息保护的规则及退出机制等，详见华为推送隐私政策相关条款。

我们使用了第三方（北京小米移动软件有限公司）小米推送 SDK，为您提供稳定、及时、高效的消息推送服务。"小米推送"包含的权限代码如下：网络访问权限、获取网络状态、获取 WLAN 状态、获取系统安装的应用程序、获取GPS定位信息；信息收集方式：SDK收集；收集信息的目的：推送内容；收集的信息：设备版本、系统版本、生成 ID、手机样式、手机名、iccid、bssid、MAC 地址、IMSI、IMEI；关于小米推送所收集的信息种类、用途、个人信息保护的规则及退出机制等，详见小米推送隐私政策相关条款。

Compact Speed Gates products (owned by Exquisite Electronics Co., Ltd., hereinafter referred to as "we", developer: Exquisite Electronics Co., Ltd.), we respect and protect the personal privacy of all users. 3. Use of Information

• This application will not provide, sell, rent, share or trade your personal information to any unrelated third party, unless you have your permission in advance, or the third party and this application (including the affiliated companies of this application) provide services to you separately or jointly, and after the end of the service, they will be prohibited from accessing all these materials including those they were able to access before.

• Administrator account information: name, email address, mobile phone number (for authentication and permission management), and administrator operation logs: login IP address, operation time, and execution instructions (for security audit).
• Basic information of personnel access data: employee number, name, department (used for permission configuration and personnel access records: access time, equipment number, and access status (for security management).
• Device information: channel door number, firmware version, network status (for O&M management), and device fault logs: abnormal event records and maintenance history (for troubleshooting).

4. Disclosure of Information

Under the following circumstances, this application will disclose your personal information in whole or in part according to your personal wishes or the provisions of the law.

• Disclosure to third parties with your prior consent.
• In order to provide the products and services you have requested, it is necessary to share your personal information with third parties.

5. App Permission Authorization

• Take photos: The app requires your permission to take a photo, and the user can upload the photo to the cloud.
• Obtain device location information: This application obtains location information and quickly sets the location information of the passage door.
• Access to files: This app requires the user to allow access to files.
• For application permissions not specified in this agreement, please allow the user to ensure normal services.

6. Information Storage and Exchange

The information and data collected about you by this application will be stored on the servers of this application and/or its affiliates, and such information and data may be transmitted to your country or region or outside the country where this application collects information and data, and be accessed, stored and displayed abroad.

7. Information Security

• This application account has security protection functions, please keep your username and password information properly. This application will encrypt the user's password and other security measures to ensure that your information is not lost, abused and altered. Notwithstanding the above-mentioned security measures, please note that there are no "perfect security measures" on the information network.
• If you forgot your password, you can retrieve it from the mobile phone number/email you used to register as a user, so please keep your phone/email safe.
• How we store your information, the personal information we collect and generate in the course of our operations within the territory of the People's Republic of China is stored in principle within the territory of China, and your personal information is stored in accordance with the storage period stipulated by the laws, regulations and departmental rules of the People's Republic of China. Among them, the data collected through face photos is stored for the length of time until the user terminates the relationship with the school or leaves the school. The purpose of storing this length of time is to ensure that the user can carry out school affairs normally during the school period and ensure the integrity of the user's information.
• Access control implements hierarchical authority management (e.g., super admins and regular admins).
• Data sharing and disclosure are limited to authorized management personnel on demand, and audit logs are retained for all operations.

8. Protection of Information of Minors

• If you are a minor under the age of 18, please read this Privacy Policy carefully under the guidance of your guardian, and use our services and submit your personal information with the consent of your guardian. • It is only used for access control identity verification, and is prohibited from being used for unauthorized purposes such as behavior analysis.
• "De-identified" storage (encrypts feature values).

B. Storage and Protection

• Storage location: Enterprise on-premise server or cloud storage that meets the requirements of classified protection.

C. Data Transmission Security

To safeguard your personal information, we have implemented the following measures to ensure the security of facial recognition data during transmission:

• Encrypted Transmission: All facial data is transmitted via secure encryption protocols. Facial feature values are encrypted to prevent unauthorized access.
• Transmission of Data: We pledge not to transmit raw facial images except where strictly necessary.

D. Employee Rights

• Appeal channel: Appeal through the contact information provided in this agreement, we will deal with it as soon as possible.

10. Cancellation

• In the case of complying with the agreed conditions of the Tongan Service Agreement and the relevant national laws and regulations, you can contact us through the feedback channel of this application to submit an application for cancellation, or you can 'Set-Delete User Account' in the program. After your account is cancelled, we will stop providing you with all or part of the services, and delete or anonymize your personal information according to your requirements, unless otherwise provided by laws and regulations.

We use a third-party (Huawei Software Technology Co., Ltd.) Huawei Push SDK to provide you with stable, timely, and efficient message push services. To implement this function, you need to authorize Huawei Push to provide corresponding services. After your authorization, Huawei Push will collect information such as the Software Installation List of your device. For more information about the types and purposes of the information collected by Huawei Push, the rules for protecting personal information, and the opt-out mechanism, please refer to Huawei Push Privacy Policy Terms and Conditions.

We use a third-party (Beijing Xiaomi Mobile Software Co., Ltd.) Mi Push SDK to provide you with stable, timely and efficient message push services. "Mi Push" contains the following permission codes: network access permission, get network status, get WLAN status, get system installed applications, get GPS location information; Information collection method: SDK collection; Purpose of collecting information: to push content; Information collected: device version, system version, build ID, phone style, phone name, iccid, bssid, MAC address, IMSI, IMEI; For details about the types and purposes of the information collected by Mi Push, the rules for personal information protection and the opt-out mechanism, please refer to the relevant terms of the Mi Push Privacy Policy.
